Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Our Domestic Energy Adviser can visit your home and provide you with an Energy Performance Certificate – the legal document that is required when you sell or rent a domestic property. There is a charge for this service.
If you are thinking of making improvements, we may be able to prepare an Energy Performance Report (which is not a legal document but contains similar information to an EPC) to show you the difference that the improvements will make.
Feed In Tariff – you will need an EPC
If you are having solar pv installed, your home needs an EPC rating of D or above to qualify for the full rate of the Feed In Tariff. Our Domestic Energy Assessor can visit your home and provide an EPC. There is a charge for this service. Contact us for more information.
