Energy Performance Certificates
Our Domestic Energy Adviser can visit your home and provide you with an Energy Performance Certificate – the legal document that is required when you sell or rent a domestic property. There is a charge for this service. If you are thinking of making improvements, we may be able to prepare an Energy Performance Report (which is not a legal document but contains similar information to an EPC) to show you the difference that the improvements will make.
